Any estimates provided through the website or AI Assistant are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing for HVAC or electrical work requires an on-site inspection by a licensed Dubroc's Air Conditioning & Electrical technician.
3. Licensing and Compliance
All services are performed by licensed professionals in accordance with Louisiana state laws and local building codes. We reserve the right to refuse service if job site conditions are found to be unsafe or in violation of local ordinances.
4. Limitation of Liability
Dubroc's Air Conditioning & Electrical shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
